Aurelio Gonzales Lebrón better known as “LITO” was born in Formosa, Argentina on November 16, 1946. His musical studies began at the age of six at the "Colegio
Salesiano Don Bosco" in Formosa.
Then, from the very early age of twelves, he became a professional member of the famous group "Los Latinos." In 1962 (and for the next eight years), he joined the respected
Argentine military band, "Patricios." From 1970, he was a session musician or bandleader for numerous Argentine superstars, appearing on television, shows, and recordings, in addition to being an arranger and bandleader.
In 1973, he was offered a one-year contract in Japan, and so he traveled to Southeast Asia, performing in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Macau, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines and Taiwan.
Since then, his fame has established him as "The Golden Trumpet," performing and writing arrangements for many superstars of those countries, in addition to giving concerts and
recording numerous albums. In Taiwan, he has been active recording for many artists, performed in television, film, and major events, both as a guest artist and as a special guest. He also played a significant role in the groups "Barrio Latino" and "Equinox," alongside Roberto Zayas, as a member and one of their most prominent performers and arrangers.
